The Dual Line
Isolator™ is used on a single phone line to isolate a fax machine from a
phone, isolate two fax machines that are sharing one line or isolate credit
card machines. Using one phone line split through two jacks, it allows two
devices to share the same line isolating whichever device is in use first. With
two devices installed you can have a fax machine and telephone connected to one
line. If the fax machine is receiving and the phone is picked up by mistake the
phone will not interrupt the fax message.

with Ring Suppressor The Dual Line Isolator with Ring Suppressor™ is two
devices in one. It uses one phone line and splits it through two jacks,
allowing two devices to share the same line. It regulates the signal and
isolates whatever phone device is in use first, so the second device is unable
to interrupt the data flow. It also includes one output jack that is marked as
having a ring suppressor. This privacy feature will suppress the ringer on any
device attached to this port. This device can also be used for two fax machines
that share the line, one for incoming and the second for
outgoing.
