Voice conversations
can be recorded at the desktop whether using a handset, headset, or hands-free.
In this application the 4100 AuxBox converts the digital voice messages to
analog for connection to a desktop voice recorder. Conversations may be
recorded automatically – either by using the "VOX" function of the tape
recorder or preferably by connecting the AuxBox off-hook detection relay into
the "REMOTE" input of the tape recorder. The recorder can also be activated by
pressing the Record button anytime that a conversation needs to be recorded,
such as for an important conference call. Most consumer tape recorders and IC
Tape recorders are compatible with the AuxBox audio output. The portable IC
recorders save recordings as .WAV FILES and can be played & saved on a PC
and emailed. |

The 4102 USB AuxBox
is a digital desktop voice recorder for Nortel Networks’ Norstar, BCM, and
Meridian 1. USB connectivity to the PC ensures high quality digital speech and
data recording over a single plug and play
connection.
Windows based
LOG/Call Detail including Call Duration Timer, Ending Time, Called Number &
Caller ID info. Use the built-in direct "email this .WAV file" application to
send copies of recordings to others.
